3. What are your availability times ( Weekdays/Weekends & Timezone )?: I'm available any times I'm GMT
4. Do you have any experience staffing & are you experienced with using ULX or SAM?: yes I am I have used ulx and Sam both for years I understand the commands and what they do I have been staff previously on both TTT servers and DarkRP servers so I have a very strong understanding of ULX and SAM
5. Why did you choose to apply for NotFound.Tech Servers?: because I enjoy playing the server I did have a break for a while because the server did go empty for a bit however I'm back now and I will be playing daily, I notice that when I am on for a bit early morning there is no staff available and I think that with me on the team to help during that early time while the other staff are sleeping I can help to make sure nft remains fun for everyone any time of the day, I play for 10hours or more a day and I plan to keep playing for a while.
6. Do you have the ability to record for proof/evidence?: yes I do
7. What are your current in-game hours on the server you are applying for?: 115
8. Why do you think we should choose you over others to join the staff team?: I have a few years of experience with gmod and commands I had a previous steam account that I lost due to it being hacked but gmod was my first ever game I brought back in 2016. I know I am not known from many people but I still would like to help the server out and make sure there is always someone free to help out I understand that me not being well known can have my application rejected and that's okay but I wanted to try.
9. If you get accepted and when you are a high enough rank do you plan on becoming Network Staff?: yes I do I want to try to climb up and show everyone that I can truly help out, I want to help out as much as I can
10. How old are you?: 27
11. Are you bilingual if so what languages can you speak?: no unfortunately
General Scenarios:
1. If someone was chat-spamming what would you do?: first give them a chance to stop and warn them I'll have to mute them if they continue then proceed to do so if I need to.
2. If someone was having an argument that started getting out of control in chat what would you do?: ask them to calm down and take the argument elsewhere ideally dms to keep the chat clear and clean
3. If another staff member was abusing their rank what would you do?:
Record it if I can and then talk to the staff manager or higher if I need to as I won't be in a position to deal with it myself.
BaseWars Scenarios:
1. If you noticed a player in the distance prop spamming what would you do?: I don't play base wars but if I could I would remove their props and warn them about spamming if they continue I'll kick them
2. If someone has entities outside of their base what would you do?: speak to them and tell them they must keep their props inside their base and I'll remove any outside.
TTT Scenarios:
1. If you receive evidence of someone Out of Game Trading, how would you handle it?: I would need to kick them and make sure to record it and then bring it to the attention of higher staff members and ban the player who is doing it
2. How would you handle a report caused by someone T-Baiting?: I would have to explain to the person t baiting not to do that as it can cause people to lose karma and potentially get a warning for causing someone to rdm by mistake unless they are a traitor of course. I would also slay them for a round if I need to and if I can.
3. How would you handle a report caused by a False KOS?: I would look into the report and check logs to see if what is being said is true, and look at a replay to see what actually happened. Then punish the person accordingly. I would also have to make them read the motd or rules and let them know that if they continue then I will have to kick them or ban in more serious cases.
4. If a player is intentionally delaying what do you do?: first I would put a warning into the staff chat saying that I would slay them if they continue to delay, I would also make sure that the person is not afk. After giving them chance to do somthing and they still do not I will then have to slay them to prevent the game going on to long and players getting frustrated.
5. How would you handle a Ghosting Report?: look into the details of the report, find out the story from both sides and then decide the necessary action required.
Discord Scenarios:
1. How would you handle a situation where a person is posting NSFW in the Discord Server?: delete the post and warn the person to only post nsfw in the correct channels.
2. How would you handle a situation where a person is trying to bring Drama in from other Servers?: interject and make them awear that they should only keep that sort of drama within the server it is from or within DMs. If they continue then I will have to mute them
3. How would you handle a situation where a player was trying to advertise on the Discord Server?: remind them of the rules on advertising and point them to the correct channels of it is within the rules. However if it is outside of the rules I will have to warn them and deal with them accordingly aswell as delete their message and mute them for a bit.
4. How would you handle a situation where a player is posting bot commands outside of the bot commands channel?: remove the commands and tell that person to put those commands in the right channels however if they still do not stop I will revoke their command perms temporarily.
HL2RP Scenarios:
1. Someone is running around, punch-spamming, and clearly doesn't know how the gamemode works?: tell them to read the rules and force them to read the rules if I can.
2. If someone has two warnings, but is continuing to break the rules?: then I would have to ban that person following guidelines if any is available.
3. If another staff member was abusing their rank what would you do?:
4. If you noticed an instance of power-gaming?: I'm not sure what that means scince I don't play HL2RP but I would have to refer to any guidelines and act accordingly.
5. If someone abused the engine to get inside a restricted area/an out of bounds area?: I would warn them and teleport them pack into the map if they continue to go out of bounds then I will have no choice but to kick or ban them.
