3. What are your availability times ( Weekdays/Weekends & Timezone )?: Currently free everyday for the summer, in UTC+3.
4. Do you have any experience staffing & are you experienced with using ULX or SAM?: None that I can remember atleast.
5. Why did you choose to apply for NotFound.Tech Servers?: I have been a long time player, since back when the TTT servers launched. After coming back, and wondering how tf this server is still alive, I have come to appreciate the daily grind, the community once more, so I am choosing to become staff to preserve that feeling for not only myself, but others as well
6. Do you have the ability to record for proof/evidence?: Yes, both with medal, and shadow play (or whatever Nvidia calls it now)
7. What are your current in-game hours on the server you are applying for?: 51 days
8. Why do you think we should choose you over others to join the staff team?: Because I have been apart of the community for years before I left, and now after coming back, I am pretty certain I am a categorized as the good part of the community, even if I tend to joke around a lot. Additionally due to my time zone, I would be able to get on when the server is on EU time/when the server is kinda dead.
9. If you get accepted and when you are a high enough rank do you plan on becoming Network Staff?: (I kind of need a better definition, but as I understand its like getting to be manager and stuff, then) No, I'd rather not.
10. How old are you?: 21 (nice)
11. Are you bilingual if so what languages can you speak?: English and Lithuanian
General Scenarios:
1. If someone was chat-spamming what would you do?: I will split this into 2 more definitive scenarios :
1-Minor chatspam in chat/voice chat:
Do a verbal warning using staff chat, For them to stop chat spamming; if it continues, create a written warning and temporarily gag/mute them for a round or 2 if they do not comply within a reasonable time. If it continues preceded with a longer gag/mute (assuming no previous warns for this).
2-Major chatspam: Immediately mute/gag both and tell them to stop chat spamming using staff chat or face greater punishment. Keep both muted/gaged for a round while writing up a warning for both, then see if they keep it up after being unmuted/ungagged. If they do not stop, proceed with further punishment (assuming no previous warns for this).
2. If someone was having an argument that started getting out of control in chat what would you do?: Do a verbal warning using staff chat, that to drop the conversation/take it to DM's; if it continues, create a written warning and temporarily gag/mute them for a round or 2 if they do not comply within a reasonable time. If it continues preceded with a longer gag/mute (assuming no previous warns for this).
3. If another staff member was abusing their rank what would you do?: Collect any and all evidence that could possibly be useful and provide it to higher up's (managers or even rocker)
TTT Scenarios:
1. If you receive evidence of someone Out of Game Trading, how would you handle it?: Collect any and all evidence that could possibly be useful and provide it to higher up's (managers or even rocker)
2. How would you handle a report caused by someone T-Baiting?: Review death scene if it happened outside my vision during that round, then decide based upon the facts whether or not it truly was T-baiting. If it was, warn them, and tell them to not repeat it or face harsher punishment (assuming no previous warns for this).
3. How would you handle a report caused by a False KOS?: First I would check whether it was the T who made a "rightful" False KOS, which they are allowed to do. If it was a false KOS by an inno, check whether it was made out of the game bugging/not updating before their press of the KOS (which does happen due to netcode/lag/just gmod things) causing a KOS to be put on the wrong person. However if it comes out that it was a truly false KOS on a random person, with the reason being "just cause" it would result in a warn for the KOS'er and an autoslay (assuming no previous warns for this).
4. If a player is intentionally delaying what do you do?: Use staff chat to say "Delay == Slay" or something along those lines, and then slay the delayer (not always the T, sometimes it's the inno/det delaying by using something like santa reigns and flying around the map, or them camping a spot that only has a special way of accessing it that they can disable (door blocking, locking doors for maps that have those, camping det room, etc) after 15 seconds if no active action is taken to progress the game.
5. How would you handle a Ghosting Report?: Gather more information from the accuser, then spectate the accused, and then depending on the way I was approached and the information provided, acknowledge that possible the accuser is trying to throw me off his tracks, and spectate him for a while. After compiling information, made a decision based upon said information, and dish out punishment if there is 0 doubt in my mind that it is actively true.
