Staff Application Format

General:

1. What is your Steam Name & SteamID?: K9madness // Steam ID: 76561199053989624
2. Do you have a Microphone?: yes
3. What are your availability times ( Weekdays/Weekends & Timezone )?: I'm EST and I'm normally on around 1500-2200 on weekdays but on weekends I'm a little more spotty with my attendance but could hop on at any point if needed.
4. Do you have any experience staffing & are you experienced with using ULX or SAM?: I'm not experienced at all but i do have experience leading 10-15 people and I'm always down to learn more.
5. Why did you choose to apply for NotFound.Tech Servers?: I honestly have such a fun time and have become quite a regular and recognize most people in the server, every once in a while a random 1-3 people will join that are only there to troll and have no regards what so ever for the rules. i know this doesn't damage the server to much but i would love to see this server continue to thrive and do my part to help
6. Do you have the ability to record for proof/evidence?: of course
7. What are your current in-game hours on the server you are applying for?: I'm currently only sitting at 5 days but I've been in and out of the server for a little over a year.
8. Why do you think we should choose you over others to join the staff team?: I have plenty of off time when im not traveling for work, i have real life experiance running large teams and have plenty of patience to deescalate and help in any situation.
9. If you get accepted and when you are a high enough rank do you plan on becoming Network Staff?: its not something I'm aiming for but if the opportunity arises i would love to.
10. How old are you?: I'm 25
11. Are you bilingual if so what languages can you speak?: english, spanish, japanese

General Scenarios:

1. If someone was chat-spamming what would you do?: first a verbal just a quick "hey man make shore were not chat spamming" is simple and if it escalates an actual written warning. if its continued then we can put a temp gag on them
2. If someone was having an argument that started getting out of control in chat what would you do?: I just would try to calm down both parties and break up the dispute.
3. If another staff member was abusing their rank what would you do?: I would report it to a higher up staff member with evidence of it happening. we have higher ups for a reason and if things need to escalate to the point where its needed to be brought to there attention it can be.

TTT Scenarios:

1. If you receive evidence of someone Out of Game Trading, how would you handle it?: id gather as much evidence as possible and bring it to a higher up to discuss punishment
2. How would you handle a report caused by someone T-Baiting?:I would look at the death cam and see what happened before acting, then apply the correct punishment.
3. How would you handle a report caused by a False KOS?: I would look at the death cam and see what happened before acting, then apply the correct punishment.
4. If a player is intentionally delaying what do you do?:
5. How would you handle a Ghosting Report?: I would warn the party that it is against the rules and if it persist i would apply the correct punishment.

Discord Scenarios:

1. How would you handle a situation where a person is posting NSFW in the Discord Server?: id remove the post then inform the party that NSFW content is against the rules.
2. How would you handle a situation where a person is trying to bring Drama in from other Servers?: I would try to deescalate the drama and tell the party causing it that they need to leave matters where matters originate and not bring it cross- server.
3. How would you handle a situation where a player was trying to advertise on the Discord Server?: I would tell them that it is against the rules and remove the post.
4. How would you handle a situation where a player is posting bot commands outside of the bot commands channel?: i remove the post, and kindly remind them to keep the bot commands inside of the correct channels.
