| STEAM_0:1:40997539 was banned by My3Reasons {Notfound.tech} (STEAM_0:0:194977624) for 1 day. Reason: Purposeful RDM x1 ( 1st Offense ).

// Summary:
I am formally appealing a 24 hour ban for a first offense for "purp rdm" for what I believe was a simple misconception.
Attached are two screenshots:
- One of the event log from TTT that shows the actions that took place related to the report
- One that will be further elaborated on shortly after in this appeal showing the death location of 'Chowking'
Visible in the clip available to moderations teams, I approached rocks where an individual was emoting and lying and shot them.
My reasons for taking this action at the time was as follows:
- I believe I had observed the player kill someone else (chowking) as I had observed their model ragdoll at the time of their death while Snorbo was looking at them
- I made a misconception and admit fault for this, but I can assure this was not done with malicious intent without pre-conceived thoughts leading me to believe I was making a justified conclusion
It is visible in the logs screenshot attached that they were killed earlier in the same round by 'Rider'
- At the time of this death, if reviewed for a recording, it would show that Snorbo was facing directly at Chowking - leading me to believe that they had been a traitor
// Conclusion:
I am formally admitting fault that I had made a mistake in a moment of misconception, but that this was not maliciously enacted purposeful RDM for the sake of griefing, I truthfully state that at the time of the event I was making a justified action following what I had believed I had observed.
I am requesting that the moderation team give me grace for this occurrence as it is a first time offense and I had not intended to act out of turn and commit actions that could be perceived as griefing
