I was warned/muted for calling Moist a Crybaby with no actual steps being taken to warrant a warn. I was never told to stop what I was saying or to shut up.

Hello This is a staff report because I was warned/muted for harassment with no pretext or being told to stop. This was because I called Moist a Crybaby for the meta gaming report a couple of times. Im not sure why Nyoom warned me and muted me but there was zero reason and I was never told not to say anything. The fact that I have to make a appeal for harassment is just laughable. I have provided proof of actual harassment and there is no punishment for that person. But because I called a staff member a crybaby I get warned and muted for it. Please explain the reasoning and the steps that were missed to do make it justifiable.

Please explain how this isn't an abuse of power by making me type up this appeal just so I can type in game and play with people?

Thank you for taking the time to appeal and this will be approved. I'll just state that Nyoom was purely following what he was told to do and Moist had no hand in how this was handled. Evidence was delivered to us in a report and a, certainly swift, judgement was made regarding how to handle some of it that shouldn't have been but after an actual discussion was made between us we determined that the action taken was too swiftly made. This warning will be removed from your P.O and the mute will be rescinded shortly, apologies for the disruption.
