I am not sure why my single gif comment warranted a community ban. It was an anime girl popping open a bottle of ramune with a caption “cum”.

Theres literally a map on the server with a similar gif that yells quiero semen and people joke about adding cum crate all the time on ttt general. I mean theres literally a cum emoji on the discord server.

I don’t recall ever receiving an NSFW warn before and if I have it was a long time ago. Moist warned me in ttt general saying I’d be community banned if I posted it again, but he banned me anyways. I feel like he decided to ban me because I reacted to his comment with a poop emoji which I think is quite unfair and unprofessional.

People often joke about raping each other and post semi inappropriate anime pics all the time on the server. I have learned my lesson to not post such gifs, but I think this situation warrants a warn as opposed to a full ban.

Accountability, we can't be deflecting from the actions we are taking.

You posted a "minor" aka Loli gif that said cum.

A map can easily be fixed by "patching" it. What you did is not fixable unless you own up to your mistake.

You can not deflect for what other people do, they do not control what you do, post and say.

I am not saying what I posted was right but I think there was a clear misunderstanding. I did not know the subject of the gif I posted was a minor or a loli. I simply searched cum in the gif search function of discord and selected the one with an anime character. At the time I did not know the character was underaged or was a loli. I only found out when someone sent me the description of the gif which contained the word loli. Had I known the gif contained an underaged subject with a sexual innuendo, I would not have posted it. I thought loli and such subjects were banned from discord so I figured it would never be in the pool of available gifs. Having said that, I will most certainly be careful next time when selecting gifs on discord.

Its hard to tell with anime girls to be fair. To me it just looked like any other anime character.
