1. What is your Steam Name & SteamID?: JelloKhat, STEAM_0:0:554562367
2. Do you have a Microphone?: Yes
3. What are your availability times ( Weekdays/Weekends & Timezone )?: I am PST (Cali) and I am available almost every day of the week, although with college, weekdays mostly only in the evening.
4. Do you have any experience staffing & are you experienced with using ULX or SAM?: I have experience staffing, although most of it is from RP servers over the years. I do not know if this server uses a different system or something, but I can adjust my previous knowledge for it. Most of those servers ran on ULX I believe.
5. Why did you choose to apply for NotFound.Tech Servers?: I am a long time member of the community, and I was staff for the HL2RP server for a short while before that closed down. I feel like by becoming staff for TTT, I can give a little bit back to the community while also trying to develop some better social circles through it. I've stuck with the community for so long at this point I feel like I should do something in return.
6. Do you have the ability to record for proof/evidence?: Yes! I have both Medal and OBS, although I dont have OBS open all the time.
7. What are your current in-game hours on the server you are applying for?: Based off of the profile card, I have 19 days of playtime, although I've been playing since I thinkkkkkkk 2020, or maybe 2021.
8. Why do you think we should choose you over others to join the staff team?: As mentioned above, I've been a member of the community for an extremely long time, and I have no warns kicks or bans on my record. I do believe I might have been slain a couple of times for accidental RDM, but nothing beyond that.
9. If you get accepted and when you are a high enough rank do you plan on becoming Network Staff?: I wouldn't say I "plan" on it. I don't really want to be staff out of some desire to move up in the community, but I absolutely wouldn't say no if the opportunity presented itself. Getting promoted or not wouldn't be my call after all.
10. How old are you?: 20.
11. Are you bilingual if so what languages can you speak?: I can only speak English, with some surface level understanding of Spanish.
TTT Scenarios:
1. If you receive evidence of someone Out of Game Trading, how would you handle it?: That depends on my rank at the time. If I was still on trial, I would escalate that up to an admin, as I believe it's something a normal moderator wouldn't really be handling.
2. How would you handle a report caused by someone T-Baiting?: First I would give the person a verbal warning, if they continued despite that, I would naturally punish them according to the server rules. Maybe a slay or official warn to begin with, but if it continues I would ramp up the punishment.
3. How would you handle a report caused by a False KOS?: First I would try to gather evidence from both parties, it might have been a misunderstanding based on the games fast paced nature. If it turned out to be an actual malicious False KOS, I would naturally warn the person if it was their first instance. If they have a past history, I would escalate the punishment's severity.
4. If a player is intentionally delaying what do you do?: I would use the staff message to warn them to stop delaying or I would slay them. If they do not stop delaying, they will get slayed.
5. How would you handle a Ghosting Report?: Ghosting is a rather difficult thing to prove. I would first have to ask for evidence from the accuser, if they don't have any, I would have to spectate the reported person for a while. If they display un-natural knowledge, like reacting to someone faster than radar would allow around a corner, I would note that down. I would probably ask another staff member for their opinion, as I would struggle to naturally make a conclusion without any hard proof.
