Why do you think your appeal should be accepted? - Stabidy was mad that I shot him, and apparently thinks killing someone as detective for shooting at innocents is RDM, gave me 1 warning for a kill caused by a misclick from tendon issues in my wrist and fingers. I had reports against me when the ban hit, one was for shooting near someone due to the same tendon issue, one was for shooting the only person I could see behind me when I was shot in the back. Neither were kills, both were flagged rdm, but there was no report from the justified kill on stabidy
 
So no actual kill happened? If so It should be classified as "Attempted purp/RDM" I don't know what fully transpired nor will I pretend to, You seem new so I'm willing to give the benefit of doubt personally, Considering you made a forum account to appeal

One kill occurred hours before, due to a misclick due to the tendon issue, and another kill occurred against Stabidy because I witnessed him shooting at a crowd
 
Not only did you you attempt kill tree with an explosion right before that you also killed me for no reason as well you were given multiple chances over 3 maps and continued to break rules

interesting cause no i didnt try to kill you with an explosion right before that whatsoever i didnt shoot anywhere near an explosive there were 4 people on the balcony with us. and please elaborate on what other rules i broke on the other maps. i had 2 bogus reports towards me between the first and the last and 1 of the 2 was forgiven. nice try

if you had communicated literally at all before getting incredibly butthurt and banning without a word we could've discussed outside of a public forum

2 completely unrelated statements here, you're twisting evidence. the 2nd screenshot is from the personwho was the ONLY person i could see behind me after i was shot 1 map before the ban so excuse me if i tried to blow her up when i believed they made an attempt on RDMing me
 
no the slay was from the first warning you were given about rdm the two screen shots there are from the exact report

i misread the original message i thought you said i tried to kill you with an explosion, but as i explained, i was shot in the back and tree was the only person i could see behind me, so what else was i supposed to think
 
thinking and knowing are two different things you cannot kill off sus not only that legit as i was looking at the report you killed me for no reason.

bro now youre just straight lying, i shot you after you fired off the balcony into a small crowd, i saw the bullets leave your gun.
 
i have put what needed to be said... in this case you cant fire or do anything while in the rdm manager. i have nothing to gain from lying or you being banned the matter of it is i hate punishing people but fair needs to be fair... im not the staff member handling this appeal

if you got sniped in the back and turned around to see 1 person standing behind you with an m1 garand in their hand would you not assume it was the person holding the sniper

It should be noted they were also strafing and trying to avoid being hit when I turned, which read as even more suspicious to me, and at least one more bullet flew my way and missed on my way up
