DEAR NFT MANAGEMENT

This is my 3rd time making this appeal, first time it was lost when the forums got switched, second time was last night when I made a whole appeal just for it to be never posted due to host issues. Anyways, that's besides the point. I was banned for doxxing on approximately April 24th, 2025. I regret my decision, I have already apologized to Woman, no one deserves to be made fun of for how they look. Especially behind their back & countless times. However, I would not fully classify this as a case of doxxing, as far as I am aware, and numerous people have made me aware, the photos and even her name were mostly public knowledge. I have been told said photos were posted into public servers, PUBLIC, not private nor DMs. There was no intent to "dox" to begin with, like I said multiple people knew who it was, and multiple people had said photos because like I said it was posted into public servers, hence how I even received said photos. And all of this happened OUT of NFT, not in server, Woman is known in other communities. And even if she didn't make the account, there is a discord account with HER NAME in it in said other community, once again proving that her name isn't some mystery. I will admit to my faults though, I should have never posted them. I should have never acted the way I did, it was very immature.

If I were to be unbanned I would not repeat the same actions, I would even be content with never being unbanned from the Discord, cause personally I don't think I deserve that luxury of being involved in the community with the shit I pulled. However, that is up to the management of NotFound, all I can really say is that there will never be a repeat of this incident. I have held a clean record on NF, UP until this very point. Never had a ban, never had a warn, never even really been slayed. I was very much on top of that, and never pushed it. God forbid a PLAYER REPORT ever been made on me, and I did pour a lot of hours into this server, even money at some points. But I digress, I appreciate you guys for giving me the chance to make an appeal, whatever result you guys decide I will be content with.

It was not a case of doxxing, please read the whole appeal. I had no INTENT to doxx either. There was no intent to in reality, cause harm, or do any damage & I deleted everything upon request. No one harassed Woman, I poked fun, yes it was wrong. But no one harassed her, no one came to her and started harassing her first hand. It's a tricky case, this person uploaded these photos to public servers. And yes, I do play in this community. I was level 100+, what are you talking about?

HENCE, why I was never banned from said other community either, I deleted upon request. Sure, I got a warn. But never a full on ban, and I was told it would be considered doxxing if I continued posting her in the future. Which of course, wouldn't happen. I was asked to stop, and I stopped.

Well, yes, her real name. But also photos that she had uploaded to public servers (according to multiple people, and hence how I even obtained them because MULTIPLE people had them) but yeah, her face (which ONCE again she had uploaded online) and like 2 or 3 instances of her name.

The whole situation was blown out of proportion.

What's the reason you were sharing them?

Like how'd that come up in conversation? Because I find it hard for information like that to have a reason to be disseminated.

The internet is forever and this is a true fact, If it's publicly searchable anyone could do it.

Along with if you were just making fun of her looks, It's mean yes even if it's behind someone's back is beside the point arguably that's just being mean and shitty and would qualify for harassment imho. I'd suggest being more in-depth about your responses and answers, Context matters a lot.

1. I poked fun, however I never sent people after her. I deleted upon request like said. I mentioned numerous times, there was no intent to cause harm.

2. It came up in conversation with MULTIPLE people who knew her, one who even dated her. I am not going to sit here & throw people under the bus though. I had already KNOWN her name as well, and like you mentioned. That's not a very private thing, especially for her. People know her in this other community, most communities, for a fact have intertwined playerbases. It would be absurd to say that isn't true.

I would qualify this more under the guises of harassment, like you said yourself. I will admit to that, doxxing is SO far stretched. No one harassed her, no one came at her, and when she asked me to stop, I stopped and deleted everything. I got warned for harassment in the other community, and like I mentioned, was told if I continued it would be doxxing.

I already told this PetiteNeet that..? Pictures that like I said, many people had, I wonder why? Almost like they got posted into public server(s) prior, that she spread around herself.

At the end of the day, it is up to the discretion of the higher ups to decide what the outcome is, not me, nor you.

Note: This appeal being accept was not intentional, but it would be wrong to remove it and give false hope. Jerome has given me the go ahead after the error had been made.
