Why were you banned? I apparently got banned for my second offense of purp rdm

Why do you think your appeal should be accepted? My reasoning is that I crossfired, and I only have done this maybe two to three times hitting an innocent. I also kill the T in the end, but when I get rdm’d such as getting pushed off the map or getting killed after killing a T, nothing happens to them. I feel that my ban here was a bit unfair, considering that this does not happen often (and I don’t even do it intentionally), and the moment it does I get banned for a week immediately without any question. I am sorry to whoever I killed, I will do my best to make sure I don’t kill innocents by accident again.
After reviewing the evidence, I will be denying this, you claim you crossfired him, when you only shot at him, and there was no one else in your line of sight.
Your response in the report you claimed that you didn’t mean to shoot, but you followed them with your cross hair, and then proceed to shoot at them 4-5 times.
