2. Are you 16 years of age or older?
Yes

3. How often can you be active on the server?
I'm a police officer in real life, so my schedule rotates weekly. One week I'm typically available about 2 days, and the following week I can be on for up to 5 days. I always make time when I can and stay consistent with my availability.

4. Do you have any prior staffing experience?
Yes. I've staffed on Garry's Mod servers before, as well as other games like FiveM. I'm familiar with moderation tools, community guidelines, and how to handle player reports fairly.

5. Why did you choose to apply for NotFound.Tech Servers?
I chose to apply for NotFound.Tech Servers because I enjoy fast-paced, skill-based gamemodes like T Hunt, and your server really stood out due to its active community, fair gameplay, and professional management. I'm looking to contribute to a server that balances fun and competitiveness. From what I've experienced, NotFound.Tech delivers that. I'd love to help foster a positive atmosphere, assist newer players, and contribute to the server's continued growth.

6. Do you have a working microphone?
Yes

7. How many hours of playtime do you have on our servers?
7 hours

8. Why should we choose you over others to join the staff team?
I believe I bring a strong mix of maturity, fairness, and experience to the team. I understand how important it is to maintain a fun yet fair environment—especially in a gamemode like T Hunt where quick judgment is often required. I'm calm under pressure, unbiased when handling issues, and focused on resolving conflicts instead of escalating them. I'm also approachable and willing to assist both players and fellow staff. I'm not here just for the title—I want to actively support the server and help the community thrive.

9. If you reach a high enough rank, do you plan to apply for Network Staff?
Yes. If I've earned the trust and experience needed at the server level, I'd absolutely be interested in becoming Network Staff. I'm committed to the long-term growth of the community and would love the opportunity to help manage multiple servers, support staff coordination, and contribute behind the scenes to improve the overall network. I understand that role requires consistency, leadership, and dedication—and I'm ready to meet those expectations.

10. Current Age:

11. Have you ever been punished on our servers?
No

General Scenarios:
If someone was chat-spamming what would you do?
Warn them to stop. If they continue, mute/gag them and escalate with a punishment if needed.

If someone was having an argument that started getting out of control in chat what would you do?
Tell both parties to calm down and take it to DMs. If it continues, mute/gag or separate them, then handle any rule violations individually.

If another staff member was abusing their rank what would you do?
Gather evidence and report it to a higher-ranking staff or server management immediately.

BaseWars Scenarios:
If you noticed a player in the distance prop spamming what would you do?
Teleport, freeze them, remove the props, and issue a warning or kick depending on intent.

If someone has entities outside of their base what would you do?
Ask them to move it inside. If they refuse or abuse it, remove the entities and warn them.

TTT Scenarios:
If you receive evidence of someone Out of Game Trading, how would you handle it?
Review the evidence, log it, and forward it to higher staff or ownership for further investigation and action.

How would you handle a report caused by someone T-Baiting?
Check logs. If they intentionally shot near others or acted suspicious without reason, warn them for T-Baiting.

How would you handle a report caused by a False KOS?
Review logs and voice/text chat. If it was a false KOS with no valid reason, issue a warning for it.

If a player is intentionally delaying what do you do?
Warn them to stop. If they continue, slay them and explain the rules.

How would you handle a Ghosting Report?
Gather all evidence (screenshots, chat logs, etc.), then forward it to higher staff for verification and appropriate punishment.

Discord Scenarios:
How would you handle a situation where a person is posting NSFW in the Discord Server?
Delete the content, issue a warning or mute, and report it to higher staff depending on severity.

How would you handle a situation where a person is trying to bring Drama in from other Servers?
Ask them to stop and take it elsewhere. If they continue, mute or warn them for causing drama.

How would you handle a situation where a player was trying to advertise on the Discord Server?
Delete the message and issue a warning or mute. Repeat offenses would result in a ban.

How would you handle a situation where a player is posting bot commands outside of the bot commands channel?
Politely remind them to use the correct channel. If it continues, issue a soft warning.

HL2RP Scenarios:
Someone is running around, punch-spamming, and clearly doesn't know how the gamemode works?
Freeze them, explain the rules, and guide them on how to properly RP.

If someone has two warnings, but is continuing to break the rules?
Issue a third warning or escalate to a kick/ban depending on the severity.

If another staff member was abusing their rank what would you do?
Collect evidence and report it to senior staff or management immediately.

If you noticed an instance of power-gaming?
Talk to the player, explain what power-gaming is, and issue a warning if it was intentional.

If someone abused the engine to get inside a restricted area/an out of bounds area?
Teleport them out, explain the rules, and issue a warning or punishment depending on intent.
