My3 did not have an opinion in this matter, this was reported by him when he was "suspended". You can only be punished for throwing a C Flash when reported for it, and before the punishment was given, it was discussed among other staff members on how to handle it and how to deal with it.

We have all reports get logged in the discord, so it is easier for offline staff to tell what is going on, and for when HC and other rule breaking things are said in reports. Nothing is targeted, and this is just one of the many reports that was pointed out.
