Saber Update

I think sabers should be better. Since Jedis in star wars can jump high Id think itd be cool if sabers ingame can make a person jump higher. This would be done by holding ctrl and higher jump when held down longer (Itd have a cap tho); very similar to how frg's are. These both could be added to the stats so they can vary on the saber.

This would make it a lot more fun to use

addons can be edited. If it has a config file it can be edited a lot easier. if its just the gma file it can be unpacked and edited but will need to be reuploaded. Although I think if this is implemented lower weight
