Basewars Purchased Objects Menu

Add some sort menu that allows what objects you've purchased in basewars with the option to sell select items. It allows us to sell things that may have fallen out of the world, such as fuel for bitcoins or wires, and repurchase them without needing the /sellall command.

This is actually a good idea, though things that wall out of the world should be auto-refunding. I keep getting auto-refunded for stuff that even touched the wall sometimes. Sounds like the auto-refund needs some revamping if it isn't doing that for you.
